2. What We Provide

Crebby offers creative services, including ad design (like static ads, carousels, and short-form content) for Meta ads. Delivery is based on the subscription plan you choose.

We do not guarantee ad performance. We focus on delivering quality creatives to support your ad testing.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed through trusted third-party platforms.
• Your plan renews weekly unless canceled.
• You can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
• We don’t offer refunds once a creative cycle has started, unless agreed in writing.

4. Ownership and Rights

Once we deliver the creatives, you fully own them. We may showcase selected samples in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

You must have the right to use any content (logos, product images, etc.) you share with us.

5. Revisions

We allow revisions as per your subscription plan.

6. Delivery

We deliver creatives on the agreed timeline, usually via Google Drive or email. Delays due to missing information, incomplete briefs, or late communication are not our responsibility.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services or content for:

• Anything illegal
• Harmful, hateful, or offensive ads
• Reselling our work without permission

We can refuse service if these terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Crebby is not liable for any loss or damage related to ad performance, platform bans, or business outcomes. You use the creatives at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use of our service means you accept the new terms.
